- Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of tax and accounting professionals, fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Oversight: Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and tax computations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Advisory Services: Provide expert accounting and tax advice to clients, guiding them in developing effective financial strategies and ensuring compliance.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to support their financial growth and decision-making.
- Analytical Excellence: Utilise strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and risk mitigation, driving efficiency within the team.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication within the team and with clients to provide reliable and accurate financial advice.
- Chartered accountant qualification with a recognised IFAC professional body
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships and delivering results
