So let’s win together.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a highly motivated Analytics Manager - Sportsbook to oversee a team of analysts within our sportsbook analytics function. In this role, you will drive impactful insights and play a key part in shaping data-informed strategies across the Sportsbook and wider business.Reporting to the Head of Sportsbook Analytics, you will be part of the Sportsbook Analytics team supporting stakeholders from all areas of the business.What you'll doTeam Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor a team of analysts, providing ongoing training, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and ensure high performance.Workstream Ownership
Take full ownership of the Sportsbook task workstream, including task prioritization, resource allocation, and timely execution to meet business needs.Strategic Analytical Support
Deliver high-quality, strategic analysis and insights to support decision-making within the Sportsbook team and across the wider business. Empower stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.Metrics & Framework Development
Collaborate with the Head of Sportsbook Analytics to define and implement consistent metrics and analytical frameworks for addressing complex business challenges.Project Delivery & Integration
Drive end-to-end delivery of analytical projects, ensuring insights are effectively embedded into business processes and decision-making.Performance Monitoring & Insight
Proactively track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify anomalies or trends, and communicate areas of risk or opportunity to relevant teams.Stakeholder Alignment
Work in close partnership with the Sportsbook function to ensure analytics initiatives are aligned with business objectives and operational priorities.Cross-functional Collaboration
Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders, championing the capabilities of the Sportsbook Analytics team and ensuring its contributions are recognized and utilized.Teamwide Collaboration
Promote a collaborative culture across the broader analytics team, sharing knowledge and best practices.Representation & Advocacy
Represent the Sportsbook Analytics team in cross-functional meetings and project teams, advocating for data-driven approaches and ensuring analytics is central to strategic initiatives.Qualifications

High-level analytical experience
Experience managing an analytics team
Expert knowledge of SQL with a thorough understanding of database structure and logic
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders clearly and work through to completion
Keen interest in Sportsbook and an understating of fundamental sports and gambling logic
Strong mathematical background
