BettingJobs are working with a leading iGaming/sportsbook operator that target the UK market amongst several others. They have their main HQ based in Gibraltar where they are planning to expand their Digital Marketing team at a rapid rate as we go into 2025. They are currently looking for a PPC Manager to join their team.Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing large-scale, high budget paid search accounts
  • Supporting the Head of Paid Search in overarching planning and execution of the PPC-related activity across the portfolio of brands.
  • Servicing the core gaming brands and aligning on their commercial PPC objectives and KPI targets (i.e. ROAS, FTD's, CPA, Conv Rates, CPC, budgets, NGR.)
  • Managing a team and being responsible for all PPC activity on assigned accounts, and platforms across Google Marketing platform, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads & Apple Search Ads amongst other MarTech platforms.
  • Reporting on PPC performance to key stakeholders in the wider business and the key brand stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement, taking learnings forward.
  • Supporting the brands in providing seasonal campaign coverage for Sportsbook and Casino activity.
  • Innovative approach in search marketing with testing, analysing and actioning.
  • Ensuring the best compliance practices are adhered to with regards to SEM account structure, campaign setup, ad serving, and optimisation.
  • Recruitment, training, and management of new team members.
  • Working with Head of Paid search to define & execute channel OKR's
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of hands-on PPC experience working in an agency or running PPC activities in-house.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop and optimise PPC accounts within a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Understanding of the customer acquisition journey within the iGaming PPC space
  • Thorough knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360 (GMP Stack), Apple Search Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of PPC and cross-channel tracking.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Experienced in managing small to large teams
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related discipline.
  • Desirable: Experience with YouTube/Video and Display/Remarketing within Google
